  1. How much extra do I need to order?

    We recommend ordering 10–15% extra, depending on the pattern. This industry standard covers potential waste during installation and ensures your design looks perfectly balanced and centered once installed.


  2. Do I need to grout?

    Yes, grouting is essential. We recommend using unsanded grout, especially for natural stone installations, to achieve a smooth finish without scratching the surface.


  3. Do I need to seal this product?

    Yes. We strongly recommend sealing before installation and again after grouting for the best protection against moisture and stains. Please choose a type of sealant that is applicable to natural stone tiles such as marble, limestone, travertine.


  4. How often do I need to seal it?

    It depends on where the tiles are installed:

    Floors: once or twice a year

    Walls: every other year is typically sufficient

    Regular sealing helps preserve the natural beauty and longevity of your natural stone tiles.


  5. Is this product durable?

    Yes, absolutely.


  6. How much variation I should be expecting?

    Because our mosaics are made from authentic natural stone; including marble, travertine, and limestone so moderate variation in color, veining, and texture is normal and part of their timeless charm. Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind.


  7. Is this product suitable for around a pool or outdoor area?

    We don’t recommend using it around pools as cleaning products and pool chemicals may etch the surface or cause discoloration over time. That said, if your project is in a mild climate, the tile can be suitable for outdoor areas like patios, porches, or walkways—just not in direct contact with pool water.


  8. What is the lead time?

    Our typical processing times are 2-3 weeks when the order quantity doesn't exceed the available inventory. In case the order quantity is larger, lead time is usually somewhere between 12–16 weeks. We encourage you to reach out early in your planning process.
