Shipping policy
Our primary market is the United States, however, we do ship worldwide.
For U.S. destinations, shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout. Please contact us to request for a quote in case you're located outside the U.S.
Mosaics.co isn't accountable if the purchaser chooses to deliver to a freight forwarder.
Sample Orders
- East Coast: 1-3 Business Days
- Mid US: 3-5 Business Days

Project Orders:
- All Regions: Starting from 6-8 weeks as it's shipped from our factories in Mediterranean Basin.
Processing times
Sample orders are shipped in 24-72 hours. It means you will receive your sample in 2-10 business days depending on your location. During the high season and high quantities, processing and delivery may expend. We provide the one-of-a-kind tiles and are devoted to meeting your expectation as much as possible. We will keep you posted on all the processes.
Once we receive your large quantity orders for your project, we contact you to confirm the details and lead time as soon as possible. Meanwhile our team of Mediterranean artisans starts to prepare your handmade mosaics. For instance, production for an average sized bathroom project usually takes 6-8 weeks. Once your order is fully prepared, our QA team checks your handmade tiles and ship them directly to your address if everything is in order.
Our designs are unique and elaborately made in our Mediterranean factories. These authentic mosaic tiles are sort of an art representation, and we can not ensure that there are hundreds of items in stock as mass sloppy production. However, we promise doing our best to catch up with your project timeline without compromising on our high quality standards. Returns and exchanges
If you aren't fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns in 30 Days. Please read the following questions and answers for more info.
You need to send us an email at support@mosaics.co with your order number. We will provide you an address to ship back to us.
If you feel another product would look better in your project, that's no problem. We are here to help you finding the perfect match for your project. Since our team of tile artisans work on made-to-order basis, a personalized resolution fee applies for such requests depending on the quantity. Please feel free to contact us for more info.
- The tiles must be undamaged and sent with the original package/box.
- Receiving the return number by contacting us. You will obtain this number from us after you provide;
- order number
- your name and billing address
- the quantity you wish to return
- reason for return
- The items must be shipped and delivered within 30 days to the address we share with you.
Upon receiving the returned products, our QA team will check them within 30 days. If the return is valid, refund will be made to the same payment method in 3 days, however it may take time to appear on your account depending on the bank / payment prodiver you're using. If the return is not valid due to the reasons explanied above, the customer will be informed accordingly.
- Products with a 'Closeout' and/or 'Sale' mark.
- Products purchased from another reseller, retailer or distributor.
- Installed, fabricated, cut or altered tiles.
- Sample products.
- Customized products.
Once it is approved as refundable, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders from your total refund. The refund amount usually appears in your statement in 3-5 days if you paid via debit or credit card. It may take more time (~14 days) to receive the refund amount for the transactions made by e-check or bank transfers.
